The second edition of  “La Semaine du Son”
(The Week of Sound)
toke place in Paris from January 11th to January 15th 2005.

On Saturday January 15th“La Semaine du Son” and FNAPEC
invite all music schools to perform open day concerts

La Semaine du Son is a non profit association, gathering several professionals on Sound (musicians, sound engineers, acousticians, doctors and medical specialists). It is actively supported by hosting partners (Ircam, Palais de la découverte, Le Balzac cinema, Radio France and George Pompidou Center), and is promoted by the Ministry of Culture and Communication, the Ministry of Health and  Social Protection,the Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable Development, the local delegation for Research and Technologies, the National Film Center, the Rectorate of the Academie de Paris and sponsored by several organizations (SACEM, Ina, CIDP, SFA, CST, ISIS).  Newspapers, magazines, television and radio stations are also lending their support
